Data and privacy
The PDPA governs consent, purpose limitation and notification, with business improvement and legitimate interests exceptions that can support model development.
IP ownership in outputs
The Copyright Act 2021 requires a human author, so purely machine-generated output sits outside protection. Allocation is contractual.
